At Dasabeauty, we want to give our customers the most comfortable and hassle-free trade, such an experience that you as a customer want to return time and time again. That is why we believe that our store policies must be fair and clear. Below you will find a list of all our policies that take into account all the terms and conditions of Dasabeauty. Terms of sale and delivery

What you need to know…

  • We accept payment with Maestro, MasterCard and Visa.

  • The amount will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

  • Prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK).

  • There are various delivery options where you can choose your preferred method at the end of the order process. We will ship the item within 7 days of your purchase.

  • We only send goods to customers residing in Denmark.

Right of withdrawal and refund

  • If you wish to cancel or change an order you have placed, please email us at dasabeautylashes@hotmail.com or call us at 28297769. We will try to accommodate your request, but if your order has already been shipped, it can not be changed or canceled.

  • If you would like to return one or more items, please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your order physically.

  • To be eligible for a possible return, the goods must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as you received them.

  • The shipping costs for the returned items will not be covered by Dasabeauty unless the return is related to a right of complaint. Therefore, you must cover these costs and return the goods in proper packaging.

  • Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be refunded the money for the items eligible for a return.

Right of complaint

  • If one or more of your received items has defects or deficiencies - such as material or manufacturing defects, please contact us as soon as possible. You have a 24 month right to make a complaint, provided you make a complaint within a reasonable time from the time you receive the item.

  • If the complaint is justified and the defect cannot be remedied without returning the item, we will refund the shipping costs. Therefore, remember to save the receipt for the purchase of shipping.

  • We understand and respect your privacy concerns. Therefore, we want to ensure that your information is in safe hands. Your information will not be passed on or sold to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction.
